| 44 is good but doesnt always send you to Heaven. the history changing one seems good but i just thought that the mount fuji (at least i think thats what it was) one was cool. |

In second place, #44.
In the long run, though, I just want Azuma's "Ultimate Japan"... which won't be made for another 20+30 years... (read the omakes ^^) |

| i think I would be happy with trying any of those breads. #61 though must be a kicker. Oh but even though it isn't Azuma's bread, I'd love to try the decorative crown bread Kai made. |
