Anime that made no sense to you what-so-ever

in regards to flcl... there is definitely a central theme of unrequited love present throughout.

other than that, it is pretty much a character study of naoto and a few others. for the most part, i think this was kazuya tsurumaki's effort to put out a light-hearted project after working on neon genesis.

aside from the story, a lot of work went into the animation, which is quite amazing. along with the pillows soundtrack, these two aspects alone make the anime worthwhile.

FLCL has nothing on Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. That show just screams of WTF?!

FLCL...but that's wat is so great about it!

and excel saga. omg this series was horrible!!!! excel just kept screaming and yelling that u couldn't understand a single word she was trying to say or project to viewers.

most of the animes i watch are really easy to understand but there comes those "intellectually challenging" ones like evangelion... good thing i liked that series and studied in college some of the points they are blabbing about in the last episodes... akira was also a bit confusing but then watching it a few times will make it clearer... i wouldn't call it pointless but .hack//sign was one of the animes i didn't even try to finish though i got the whole series... i think the confusion and boredom did it for me.. yeah... ff7 is easy to understand by playing the game... i didn't play the game yet understood it so i don't know about you guys... what makes some anime sound so confusing or pointless i think would be the dubbing... ghost in a shell got ruined for me when i heard its dubbing...

I had a real hard time trying to understand what the heck was going on in FlCl. With robots and stuff coming out of his forehead was quiet interesting, not to mention the crazy chick who keeps hitting him upside the head with a guitar. I did enjoy the change in genre, I would recommend it for anyone who want to see something different.

I never had a problem understanding the anime. BUT whenever I watch something boring, I can't understand why I bother finishing the whole episode.

Like Air Master - I hated the story (it's been done before too many times). I'm not into Amazon women. I hated the characters. But I finisheded the series.

And as for AIR, everyone would say it was confusing, but it was a story that had too many holes. The situational writing, dialog, music, character design and scenery were above average for the year - and that's what the show did to hook the audience it. It's just well packaged, just like those one-hit wonder pop stars.

theres no point to ranma. i mean, whats the overall story??? i get what each of the characters are trying to do and achieve but like...its so random!

I don't know that many anime but mine has to be teknolyze, avenger, and medabots, ranma, and so on. I like anime shows that focuses on the present time span of the real world not the end of the world and all that stuff plus I hate things that are too obvious.

ive really not found any anime tht i tottaly didnt understand, i really did get the gist of aal of em tht ive seen so far. its just tht some of them have more plot holes than others is all. no anime makes no sense wht so ever, even excel saga maes sense in the sense tht its not supposed to make any sense what so ever. do ya catch my drift?
