Is anyone disturbed with the trend of overly sized boobs?

I'm just wondering if anyone else is disturbed like me as i can't seem to find more recent series without a female character with overly proportioned boobs. Just seeing if anyone feels the same way i do. Its like the damn creators intentionally put it in to attract the large male audiance.

I am thankful for any and all replies ^_^

Yeah, it's awkward to watch anime like those. I like a good figure, but overdoing it like you said is just strange.

The animators' obsession with huge breasts is bad, what about those (thin) and cute female characters? Sad

actually i have to disagree with this, due to lolicon being the big thing at the moment, and last time i checked loli's didn't have big breasts Rolling Eyes

but yeah, watching anime's like eiken can be disturbing as hell, a 2 foot high girl with 89 ZZ breasts... yeah that is slightly disturbing, i mean wouldn't you get sufficated by them crushing your chest or something Razz

yeah but ani, what if you like them to be on top, they would get all in your face and crush your chest... and you can't get you hands around them...

and plus you want a nice figure, not a nice figure with two large bumps that get in the way of everything.

I think it has to do with their fetish or something. In most animes, most characters are portrayed to be high-schoolers, but their bust size are definitely not of those hi-schoolers.

But, as Gig has pointed out, there are some who doesn't have any significant bust. The so-called lolis. It also has to do with their weird fetish, I think.

Oh well, this is the anime world after all, and it's just the creator's whim to fulfil his, or other's fantasy. Real life are not so (beautiful).

its not that disturbing not every anime pushes them at you and you have to admit when you do see them its surprising and keeps you watching that much more of course you do have to replay that part of the anime over and over again to read the subtitles though

It depends on what audience the anime is aiming for.
I don't think there is anything wrong with drawing bigger boobs, it is up to the audience if they want to watch or not...

Having different boob sizes creates a diversity. And diversity in anime adds a lil' bit of realism to it, since no one is the same. Laughing

However, I do find that the way the artists shoves them right to your face is quite disturbing. Smile
