i lost my voice from the fight... and too bad i didn't bet but i did predict a KO in the ten... but i didn't mention a name.. hahaha...
that was a damn good fight...
the hype around Manny is because there are only a few Filipinos or i think he is the first ever to come this far... And the way he fights gets the fans to their feet... he has that much power in that left of his and like the commentators said, that powerful left is one of the rarest punches in the boxing world...
looking back at the last fight Pacquiao actually had this thing in the bag even from the first half of the match... he was a lot more composed and focused... he had a terrific combination and he jsut brushed off morales' punches... and this time there was no cut to hamper his performance...
This time Morales was getting all the problems... his september 05 loss to raheem, the troublesome weight training and some other excuse he may come up with... but it was evident that he got pretty much owned... a broken nose.. a cut... an undisputed knock down and finally the knock out...
as for a rematch i don't think morales is looking forward to it... it would more likely be a Pacquiao and Barrera rematch... I think Barrera has the belt so he is the prime target... plus when barrera lost to Manny he did complain of having a lot of distractions that ruined his focus on the fight.. so a focused Barrera battling a focused Pacquiao is more interesting to watch and more money riding in it...
when manny landed that knockdown we were already on our feet... when the referee stepped in on the second knockdown we were already like a mosh pit.. beer cans flying... bodies being pushed... our throats sore from all the shouting.. it was one good fight.... one good night.. _________________

no, morales didnt cheat, but the judges were very biased. although pacqiao achieved many victories so fast, they didnt favor him much cuz he's a filipino. now, thats what's bias, 1ce. we all saw how good pacqiao fought. he oughta get more points than morales....and morales accidentally head butt him. even if it was an accident, they should have deducted points.
|
even in marquez's fight too.. it shouldn't have been a draw since its also shown that pacquiao clearly got the fight in his hands.. but even in that battle people were still throwing beers as well

haha yeah lol.. i heard his prize money was 2,000,000 dollars.. and his album is going to be a hit in the philippines since he won the fight (i don't know about the pirated ones though)..
i feel like they all complain when they lost.. like last night, morales complained that he never gained 140 (or is it 135?) pounds before and it was hard for him to focus so he got distracted.. so not only barrera and pacquiao who are both focused are gonna have a good fight, but also a focused morales and a focused pacquiao as well. _________________ [img:297:200:b66865e3ee]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a256/hayren/zabzab.jpg[/img:b66865e3ee] |

hiroko>> though it is in their clause to call for a rematch between Morales and Pacquiao it is highly unlikely... from the looks of Morales and how he answered the interviewer he is not much up to it... he said he might try... but there is not much enthusiasm on facing off with Manny again... Though it would be a good match... the final say to end all disputes... _________________

it does seem like he doesn't want to fight manny again when they interviewed him.. it was like he was having a hard time thinking wheter he should answer the question or not.. i think its because maybe its the first time he has been tko'ed.. but still, if they did a have a rematch the filipinos are still gonna be here on manny's side rooting for him all the way!!!!! _________________ [img:297:200:b66865e3ee]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a256/hayren/zabzab.jpg[/img:b66865e3ee] |

As a fellow filipino visayan myself (I believe Pacquiao is a Visayan, correct me if I'm wrong :X ), all I have to say about the fight is:
PAC-MAN! You got served, Morales! WOO! |

i think it is.. and he was sure hailed alot!! and i heard that his parents were divorced but he's living with his mom but suddenly after he won the fight, his dad suddenly came back.. weird huh? _________________ [img:297:200:b66865e3ee]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a256/hayren/zabzab.jpg[/img:b66865e3ee] |

ok as far as i know Manny is based in general santos city which makes him a mindanaoan but i think his dialect is visayan... yeah... anyways... phlips at work havent quite calmed down yet... they are still talking about it and the paying ups are a fun thing to watch.. lots of bargaining going on.. hahaha... so the next fight, which do you think it would be?? vs Morales or vs Barrera??? _________________

i think its gonna be barrera since from the looks of it, it seems that morales has no motivation at all to fight pacquiao again when they interviewed him.. so i guess we'll be expecting a barrera vs pacquiao fight..
GO PACMAN!!! XD _________________ [img:297:200:b66865e3ee]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a256/hayren/zabzab.jpg[/img:b66865e3ee] |

i guess so yeah.. since i think that he wants revenge.. he wants victory!! and maybe.. his country is rooting for him as well!! supporting him as well.. i guess thats enough to make someone excited.. i don't know about morales though _________________ [img:297:200:b66865e3ee]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a256/hayren/zabzab.jpg[/img:b66865e3ee] |

MORALes was DEMORALIZED... so he is now moral less... he was worse off than when Pacquiao beat Barrera... hahaha... ok that was not necessary... but yeah, it would be a much better event if it were barrera and Pacquiao... Barrera is out for revenge and im assuming his country is out for revenge as well so they will be in full force all up for Barrera... as for Pacquiao he has his eyes set on the belt.. and naturally since Pacquiao is making history as we speak with the Filipino people the whole nation will be standing behind him... so a clash between the two will be raking in lots of money and publicity... now the question is which one do you think will be standing on top at the end??? _________________

no need to ask me that question xristyan pacman all the way!! but not just for filipino pride, but for the reason or the cause why he's fighting.. he wants to bring honor to our country and give them hope that whatever may happens we are all still a filipino in hearts and mind.. and also to bring even just little peace on our fellow filipinos since philippines is getting worst.. coz maybe just for once, they could focus on our pride and joy (pacquiao) and not on the money they get just for rallying on the sidewalks to kick gloria out of her position as the president _________________ [img:297:200:b66865e3ee]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a256/hayren/zabzab.jpg[/img:b66865e3ee] |

hey did you see the news all about pacquiao?? it seems that the whole nation stopped on its tracks just to witness Pacquiao in his fight... even the kudeta was halted... hahaha... then i saw this one text message circling around about the president and her phone call to manny...
Gloria's Hello Manny (pertaining to a previous scandal titled Hello Garci)
gloria: hello manny???
pacquiao: yes ma'am
gloria: pipilitin mo ha? ( do your best ok??) kasi kung hindi uh ano... magkukudeta kasi dito eh... (cause if you don't uhmmm they might start a coup d'etat) _________________
