Ok PSP has been released for sometime, so who has this great machine (imo

I only have one game Need for speed: most Wanted, and i still havent bought myself a new memory card so i could listen music and watch movies

PSP hasn't gotten any good games that I like as of yet so I really see no point in buying it now. Maybe later, but for now I'll save my money.

PSP is cool: wide screen, memory card slot and great features.
beats DS ne tym but d only but thins is that my PSP's got couple of dead pixels

at first I wasn't planning to buy one...but a few days ago, I saw some great import games that'll be released on the PSP...and those games are REGION FREE so I decided to get one for myself.

currently, I only have Metal gear AC!D as my game for this handheld.
I just had to wear gloves everytime I use it since I hate having to remove the fingerprints on it. and I have to buy a screen protectors just in case, and a hard sold case for it.

I have heard from my mates, that GTA:Liberty City Stories is a good game, so i think that would be my next game for PSP

psp is awesome. im very pleased with mine. but not enough games out yet. you should get rid of your games and get homebrews on yours.

I have played alot of the games and liked them alot. Especially Lumines, GTA, and Brotherhood of the Blade.

i find that the PSP is great for flights, used it to play games, watch movies, and listen to music.

But I must say I feel kinda ripped off here in the US, it seems they have much better games across the Pacific.

I'm sad to say I bought this shiny piece of crap. I haven't turned mine on for at least 5 months. There is nothing really good on this system now, and I don't really expect anything great outside of Generations of Chaos to come out on it soon.

PSPs are good. The only bad thing is that if you ar looking for good graphics the PSP doesn't have it. The battery is also only a short time about 3-5 hours. As everyone said the games aren't great yet so just rent them don't buy them.Everything else is great though.

Sorry folks, but the PSP only has two good games for it, and that doesn't justify a 250$ price tag for something an iPod video does better sans the internet capabilities.

Oh, and those games are Wipeout Pure and Lumines.

By the way, to whoever is saying that the"PSP beats the DS any day", take a look at our PSP review section here, oh wait, we don't have one since there aren't any games worth playing, let alone reviewing.

Need I remind you people that the PSP has almost been out for one year and there are only 2 games worth note? Look at the DS: Mario & Luigi 2, Meteos, Wario Ware DS, Advance Wars DS, Mario DS, Castlevania DoS, Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble, Trauma Center, Ouendan!, Nintendogs, Animal Crossing DS, Phoenix Wright, the list goes on.

The only PSP games we will be reviewing in the future will be MegaMan Maverick Hunter X and the Street Fighter 2 rehash.

The reason I bought a psp is that tivo is making some kind of special service to transfer tivoed stuff onto it. The only fear i have is that, well, it will suck. I do like the online capabilities though, just wish it were a bit faster. Most of my friends have one and say that battle front 2 is a great game. I personal dont like it for the ps2 and wont get it for the psp. I just hope the tivo service pulls through. Also, as had been said, THE BATTERY LIFE SUCKS. I hope sony makes a better batery.

Just one more thing I want to see sony make. A UMD burner. I dont care if an external thing just as long as they make one. just hook it up to a computer and burn those UMDs away. It would sure beat saving videos on a memory card $$$

Alundra took the words right out of my mouth! =) I would say that GTA would also be a nice pick up if there weren't better versions on the consoles.

As for the Maverick Hunter X, it's a shoddy port of the original Mega Man X game from the SNES. Mega Man was always meant to be a 2-D sprite, so trying to make him in 3-D models is just a waste of time. I'm pretty much done with the Street Fighter series as well...

Seriously, there haven't been any good games out for the PSP (I'm not an import junkie either, so I won't be taking any suggestions on that). Other than the UMD feature (in which UMD's cost more than DVD's themselves), the only reason I used the PSP was to collect dust on the shelf (until swapped it for a video iPod).

Now I happily live with my video iPod and my Nintendo DS (with infinitely better games). Have a nice day everyone! =)
