Fansubbed vs licensed anime!!!

Woot woot for fansubs. Have always liked them better for like every anime. Though the father in detective conan, I like the english voice better for him, my only time and only person I've every liked it better. (it suprised me too)

i prefer fansubs cuz dubbing just doesnt capture the essence of the anime.

Right now I am reading fansubbed version of Naruto, and let me tell you, nothing compares between the original and this version. The Fansubbed is just so much better... probably cause they care and are ussually free.

to me watching the anime with fansubs is much more well done since the liscensed stuff is still edited so that "Baka yarou" means dummy or sumthing stupid when its more like bastard...

I agree with many of you that fansubbing is much better than the subtitles that are put in when the anime is done by an american company. There are exception, but overall fansubbing wins hands down.

Fansubbing i prefer because im a cheap bastard. Although alot of Dubs I like, as long as they dont completly butcher the series like in a certain card catching anime that stirs up quite a ruckus with many a fan Razz

fansubs are totally better, the translations are done better as well..although the quality is better when it's lisense perhapes? however fansubs all the way..
