I would say Yondaime and kakashi's dad at 3rd n 4th strongest shinobi because there has not been any abilities shown that would make me say they are the strongest besides they were highly talked about in the past. Even in manga kakashi has still been on of the most respected konoha Ninja that to be said he is very strong indeed but further more naruto becomes stronger later on in manga. Naruto and Garra will become the strongest due to there kyuubi that is what i believe |
The 3rd is called the "God of the Shinobi". And the 4th is heralded as the greatest shinobi that Konoha has ever produced. Plus the 4th defeated Kyuubi who is the strongest being in the Naruto world, and was feared by an entire ninja village what else you want him to do? Kakashi's dad is on the level of Oro, Jiraiya, and Tsunade.
Kakashi already admits that he doesn't stand a chance against Oro. And he has already been defeated easily by Itachi, and Kakuzu. So actually Kakashi probably isn't even in the top 5. Gaara was defeated by Deidara, who was holding back mind you, already. Plus Gaara is just a normal human now. And Naruto has been owned by just about every high tier ninja he's come across. Besides that Naruto admits that Sasuke is way stronger than him right now. |

yeah rumors i have on Uchiha Mandara said to be the founder of the uchiha clan which he can use sharinggan with out any trace anf his lvl 3 sharinggan eyes are his normal eyes

Eh, it just seems a bit unfair that Naruto gets special abilities all because the nine tails are in him. Not really natural. |

| Dunno..i always thought the power levels in Naruto were kinda messed up. Genins defeating the sound five who could use 2nd lvl curse seal and beat jounins? If i had to chose one...i'd probably say Gai, as retarded as he looks, with his gates open would own. Lee is already hella fast with his 4th gate open...and that's when his a genin. After all, what good is a hella strong jutsu if u can't even use it before you're KO'd? |
