hay guys, i got a new pc here that has no sound card installed, know where i can download it?

Sound cards are hardware. You do not download hardware. You purchase hardware.

Before making any investments, make sure your mother board does not come with any sound card included (this is not the case with most modern motherboards, i.e. they usually have a sound card). You can see whether it has a sound card or not if it has an output for speakers. Also, you can check in your Device Manager wheter you have a sound card or not.

Provided you are using Windows:
In case what you are looking for are Sound Card Drivers (which is software), open your device manager, find your sound card (if not properly installed, or disabled it will have a ? or x on its icon). Select it, click on properties. If the device is disabled, then enable it. If it is not installed properly, on the drivers tab, select update drivers to find the latest version of the drivers and install them. When the wizard asks you if you wish to connect to the windows update site, select "Yes, this time only." If no drivers are found, then I suggest you go to your Sound Card's manufacturer website, look for the model of sound card you have and download its drivers. If the sound card is embedded in the motherboard of your computer, most likely you will find the drivers in the Windows Update site.

In case you are using another operating system
Look for the brand and model of your Sound Card. Refer to the manufacturer's website for technical information on how to install drivers for the OS you are using.
