The Nintendo Revolution controller in my opinion is the worst controller that Nintendo has made. I think it's even worse than the N64 controller which really sucked. Its a remote which is really sad. It's great for FPS but Nintendo doesn't really have good FPS like the XBOX.

| wow u really hate nintendo, I salute nintendo for actually doing something different instead of making the same old games just with better graphics, and u shouldn't judge it without even trying it or seeing wat it can be applied to. shame on you. and the N64 contoller IMO is the best controller ever invented except that they wore out easily and create suspicious white powder. |

I think it seems really interesting. Aparently you're gonna be able to wave it around like a wand and its will react to what position you're holding it in.
But I think I'll wait till I've tried it myself before I decide if I like it or not. |

| Apparently you are clueless to the fact that the revolution will also use a regular control aswell. And, how do you know it wont have good FPS? |

Nintendo is a brave comapany indeed. Always trying out new things despite the huge risks, even though they could just follow the rest of the industry and use the same formula as everyone else.
Nintendo really is a pioneer in gaming industry.
If you like the same ol' things, just play the PC games. You know they'll never change. _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |

| I think the controller is genious, and applaud Nintendo for having the balls to do things that no other company out there dares to do. I say you shouldn't knock it until you've tried it. After all, people who used to do DDR when it first came out looked goofy as hell. Once you realize how fun it really is, you don't care about how stupid you look. You guys all remember that? Video games used to be fun!! |

I have to agree that it's going to be a big risk.. and chances are the hype around the controller is going to end up being the thing that kills it.
I like it nonetheless.
By the way..I like the 64 controller. It's the best ever for FPS. (I don't like FPS though) but I still love the 64 controller. |

I'm not excited about the hype on the controller itself. I'm excited by all the hype the game developers are producing. Imagine what a mastermind like Miyamoto can do with it? Or how about Yuji Naka? You can only imagine how good a sequel to Nights into Dreams would be on it.
People can really say what they want about it, but in about 2 years time, when you're playing the next Zelda game, and you're actually controling every block, thrust, parry, or slash Link does with the Master Sword, you'll be thinking why anyone didn't think about this sooner. |

but... you guys don't think thta we're going to be like idiots waving the new controller all way out.... anyways... i'm diying for playing with it!!!! since i say it... y don't know... i know this is gonna be huge...
by the way... the controler has a espacial adaptator like the NGC controle... i mean... that you would buy a thing that is lake the actual control and get in the revolution controller... sooo.... that way we could play fps normally |

| FPS will be awesome with the nunchuka setup, and Ubisoft is making an exclusive FPS for revolution. |

| I am looking forward to the revolution. It is the only next gen that is bringing in something new. PS3 and Xbox 360 are basically stronger machines with better graphic from what I can see. Granted I probably get a PS3 before revolution. |

I like Nintendo actually. I'm just saying that the controller sucks. It's a remote... _________________ [img:350:150:e996674a1f]http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/2185/sig176pf.jpg[/img:e996674a1f] |

I think it's a good idea, if used with regular controllers. It can be used for so much more than FPS. It can substitute as a sort of mouse pointer. Kind of like how stylus is used on DS. _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |
