Thanks, I'm still learning how to colour. Up till now I've only done line work, so trying to get into soft shading. So if anyone has a tutorial or tips I'd appreciate it.

 I wish I had a tablet... A decent Wacom Intuos 3 is like 400 USD. Maybe in the future, hopefully. XD But thanks for the comment. I'm working on colouring the original piece right now. Got the bases complete and am working on the shades ^__^ |

If you want to grasp hyung tae kims style, The first thing I would suggest is to re-think your color choices when coloring your images. He uses more muted pale looking colors in his works and has destinctive shadowing as well. The best prgram for doing it is Corel Painter I think, thats what I use at least, it had the most realistic brush strokes.

Yeah, I'm still learning how to colour. And I've realized he's got those muted pale colours too. Its sorta "pastel" like and his shadowing is nice too. I'm hoping to learn a bit more into his colouring style too. But I use PS for colours so until I get the tools right, I'll be concentrating on line work for now.

Those are pretty nice drawings. I really like kakashi and your original the best . If you want photoshop tutorials you can find a lot of them in DA.
