It's a hard decision for me and I don't know how I can help him too. - -'
Fighting can't cope some ploblems. Eventhough you can beat all bad guys that don't mean he'll safe. They might take revenge on him and violate him more instead.
I think it's need cooperation between many people such as school mates, teachers, parent etc. to cope this ploblem.

Hmm, i guess it depends on the circumstances. After all, i'm just one person, and if its a group of people messing with one guy, not sure how much help i'll be. But eventually, i'd have to do something if i see it everyday. After all, everyone has friends.. Twisted Evil

Well, I suppose you could do what I did a few years ago.

Take a note who the bullies were, then arrange a little "unanounced meeting" with them the next day.

That is, get them from behind with a lock, and ask them what the *expletive* they were doing yesterday. Explain to the now victim, that you are not a violent person, but you'll have to break this person's arm, just as a little friendly warning.
Because, after all, you're their only friend.

Creepy, violent, and downright effective. There was a reason bullying never caught on in the schools I attended. Although, I heard it started up again after I left.

Now, repeat after me:
"I do not adhere nor condone vigilantism in any shape or form.
For it leads only into the breakdown of control,
And is the cradle of anarchy."

Haha. Sounds like a great way to start off a story of some sort. ^^

I'd probably try to talk to the bullies to figure out why they're doing it so I can talk them out of it. I'd also probably get beat up in the process, but hey, I've got big friends to stand around looking menacing while I try it.

Although, to be fair, I'd be doing it almost as much out of curiosity as to what's motivating the bullies as I would be doing it to help the victim.

If you're really planning to make a stand, get help. Lots of it. Most bullies are cowards.
Alternatively, get a camera. Not a digital one, but an film one. Photographical evidence is a wonderful thing.

The best way to solve this would not be to end it right there, even if you can people need to fight their own battles. I'd isolate the person who was getting beaten up and try to teach him a few moves give him some confidence and if he get's periodically attacked then I would go after the bullies and beat the shit out out of them sercretly. But then again are we talking about jocks or outcast bullies? If it's jocks then the need to be taught a lesson so beat the shit out of them in a public place. If it's outcasts then maybe warn them in private but never humiliate them that will only make it worse in the long run. If i could I might try and befriend the outcast type

so many people are acting hard and talking about teaching the bullies a lesson ^^ actually, i wish i had that type of conviction
Ive been in a few situations where i had the chance to stand up and support somebody who was being treated with prejudice. Although the incidents were brief and never very serious, im still ashamed to say that on many occasions i decided to wait to see how things would develop. in other words, I chose to do nothing.

Funnily enough, that felt like a bigger loss for myself than for the victim. my hesitations made me a lesser person in my own eyes.
Dont be afraid, dont hesitate.

ive never had to physically intervene for anybody except my brother who was a little hot headed in primary school (all of the occasions involved a kid older than my brother). At all the schools i went to, i never saw, or even heard about anybody getting repeatedly bashed. Out of the few fights that occurred, none were connected to systematic bullying.

In all honesty i would help him out but only for two reasons would i help the victim, he has something that can help me or is of use to me, or my friends say i should help, if its girls bullying a guy or a girl, i would totally ignore it.

in my school, nobody gets beaten up.

i think everyone is just friendly at my school.. schools.. whatever.

i've never seen someone beaten up before.. so i wouldn't know what to do in these situations.

but.. if someone i knew was getting beaten up.. i would tell people to stop it.. or i might freeze of shock -__-""

but.. if the person that was getting beaten up, provoked the bully and didn't apologize-- i wouldn't do anything.
