1. leader of akatsuki (i mean cmon u have to be FREAKING strong AND smart to get a group of S-rank criminals to follow ur orders...)
2.itachi...or kakashi
3.naruto cus hell always end up being the winner or gaara can go here to
4.the future sasuke the one after he trains with orochimaru...cus i ono..his attacks are so much more awesome...like the new version of chidori
5.orochimaru...yes i know hes wierd but cmon think about this...have u ever tried to learn the way he talks....its awesome...u can like freak people out with...

Rock Lee or Shikamaru. I like Rock Lee for his determination and Shikamaru cause he just cool.

2nd is rock lee for the power of youth!!
3rd is shikamaru because he's so laid-back and cool
4th is naruto for a lot of reasons

*Possible spoilers for those who havent read up to or seen the first half of his fight in the final stage of the Chunies*

Hyuga Neji shall forever be my favorite character. He's got the Byakugan, one of the sweetest kekkei genkai around. He's a genius who is able to block of the tenketsu, which is a very effective technique against most enemies (Keyword "most". I dont want any Neji haters giving me any crap). To further the case of his genius, he was able to individually recreate secret techniques that were only supposed to be passed down from the heir of the Main Branch of the Hyuga Clan to their successor. And finally, those techniqes that he managed to recreate, the Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation, and the Eight Trigrams Sixty-four Palms, are possibly the sweetest attacks around, IMO. He is a powerful fighter, with precise chakra control. Not someone who should be taken lightly by anyone.

1. Shikamaru lazy and cool... nothing more to say
2. Sasoi evil, twisted and cold but cool while he is
3. Hidan he's evil in a cool way
4. Kakuzu only person who doesnt tray to be funny
5. Zetsu more sinister then Orochimaru and Itachi put together
