Episode 9 was kinda funny, like the ending part. 4 more episodes to go

Most memorable moment would be the Natsuki pose. She's so a Bond girl in this episode.

That Kendo guy either has the best or the worst luck!

I don't believe it! Is Alyssa actually Miyu's master/boss? She looks soooo innocent and clueless!?

Mikoto, Mai and Natsuki finally seem to be getting along. I'm still wondering about Mikoto's child though, I mean it's not her sword right?

A love triangle is developing for Mai. I personally prefer Mai and Reito but it looks like Mai will end up with Tate.

It looks like another HiME will be introduced in the next episode.

It's 24 episode according to AniDB.

Also the current story does not look like it can be covered in 13 episodes.

Those are predictions that people made but i think mai-hime is going to be 24+ episodes.

Episode 11 - 09.12.2004
Episode 12 - 16.12.2004
Episode 13 - 23.12.2004
Episode 14 - 30.12.2004
Episode 15 - 06.01.2005

Also they are still introducing HiMEs and by the progress of the main story plot, there's no way it is going to be wrapped up in 13 episodes.

It's 24 episodes. Also read Yebyosh's post above.

So far My-HiME has been entertaining and I look forward to it being 24 episodes including the fillers! (episode 4 was very funny)

don't get me wrong
i like the mai-hime anime, it's just i have seen an anime, a good one, with too much fillers and it was really bad.
a good start, but more fillers than main story.
I said i think it -can- be more than 24 ep.

Akira's is a HiME which begs the question why is she disguised as a male? Is it to cover up the fact that she's a HiME or something else? Hope they will let us in on that. Didn't like the design of her child though. Rather miss Akane's child as it had the best entry sequence.

At this point I very badly want Miyu dead as she so casually talks about taking out the other HiME's.

Fumi is starting to look like an android martial arts maid.

Also they way everyone was chosen for the re-exam and the special guest (excluding Miyu and Fumi), could they be HiME's too?

The HiMEs are refered to as Valkyries. So that means basically they are warrior guardians, right? If so, I would like to know what it is they are suppose to be guarding.

Episode 10 The title made me think that's it was going to be a filler episode but half of it was and the other half was with the plot. Kind funny when they made the cakes and it got destroyed and the tasters had to go to hospital. Cliffhanger at end, what is the true purpose of that little blond haired girl?. Finds out Akira is a girl, but why is he dress like a man?
