Well a manga where a guy turns into a girl isn't something new... What do you think? Well we have Ranma and tenshi na konamaiki...
(Maybe kasimasi is new because is shoujo-ai)

Nothing new about changing sex, but it's something that this one is kind of about Yuri, girls on girls.
