I've downloaded a lot of manga recently and this one, beck, was one of them. Its basically about a kid in middle school that is nobody, meets few people and decides to learn how to play a guitar, with time he starts playing in a band named Beck.
Anyway I've read six volumes in a row, i would have read more but i am trying to pace my self and i have to get up in the moring (currently its 2 am),
Honestly i really havent been excited about a manga (except bleach) when reading it, it might be because I "try" to play bass guitar
i am really confused right now, no reall reson but just wondering how many people read this manga and what do you think of it?'
I love this manga Very Happy

Some people might think that its really odd that there is a manga about music, well I think that too but Beck anime is going to start airing on oct 6

What website can I find Pita-ten (manga) from. I can't seem to find any and all the manga books aren't out yet burr.

mangascreener.com has the manga and a bt for it plus they have a lot of other manga

and for the pita ten <- i don't know anything about that manga

the anime is pretty much like Digi Charat with a storyline and the manga has a darker more plot involved story.

Does anybody know where I can download it from?? Just don't give me any BT sites, or p2p prog requiring links, coz none of this works here. I am behind university firewall... ahh, that sucks!!!! XD

So... maybe anybody knows of a good old http site that has Beck downloadable?

I am a guitar player myself and i want to start my own band too!!!!

i am preety sure that bt should work behind a firewall (it did for me some time ago)

well I play guitar sorta
cuz the band I'm in is weird
we can all play bass or guitar
so we mix it up everytime

oh and I think the very very first riff in the OP goes like this
C G F F sharp G ( all in barre cords to get that bassy sound )

that's basically it. Notice that you never change your hand shape, you just shift it up and down the neck

umm, I'll try getting the bass figured out, but considering my limited picking-by-ear skills, don't expect much Crying or Very sad

I would LOVE to see the series, but does anybody know where I can get it?
