The really sad part is his tired butt didn't have to resort to sewing bed sheets.
Real hakima are fairly easy to find, so is a guys yukata if you don't mind looking like a samuri that's been on a 3 week sake and opium bender (which he didn't).
That goes for all you thinking about cosplaying as Bleach shinigami too. JUst get a black gi and a hakima. Carry around a boken and you'll be the best dressed shinigami at any Con.

hehe that's awesome. But they missed the little details, which make a huge part in achieving that authentic and nuanced anime look. Where's the masking tape? The upside down 'A'? The little sticker?
