Okey, i searched and i didnt find any topic about mgs4 so here goes

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

Metal Gear continues the frenshfries of the other mgs games that has been out on many consoles.
Now Metal Gear continues to march on with the new PS3 that is coming up.

Well when i buy the PS3console , MGS4 will be one of the first games that i will buy.

In my opinion For Metal Gear Solid fans im sure they know pretty well that this is A MUST BUY/HAVE GAME , and i'm would be a sure hit since most all MGS 1/2/3 were a great sucess.

But of course we can't deny that we dont know much about this new release except for a few hints of data" Continuation of "MGS 2 SONS OF LIBERTY 10 years later" But judging from the videos ,if the game itself really looks like that , man thats just crazy .

For those who haven't played the METAL GEAR SOLID series , i urge em to play em and finish em all MGS1/2/3 in PSX and PS2.

MGS4 looks sweet, i'm gonna buy it as soon as it comes out, the storyline will be pretty crazy since it's gonna follow after MGS2, do you guys and girls think that raiden or ocelot will be in it?

Well IMO , I think RAIDEN and OCELOT should be there , i mean its unfinished business if not it wont just make any sense : )
Man i saw this site where the producer of MGS series " Kojima " enlisted the characters that might or will appear in the game . anyone knows that site? I heard rumors of merly was gonna be in MGS4 .

meryl can't be in it, she is still suffering from a slight case of death. the storyline follows on the ending where meryl died on shadow moses. and it's set 10 years after sons of liberty so ocolet would have to be about 70 or 80 years old. so if he is in it he wouldn't be much of a threat, he would just be an old man suffering from bladder problems. lol

Actually, if you check the pamphlet from last year's E3, you'll notice original drawings of Meryl, Raiden (holding a baby), Ocelet, Vamp, Snake, Otacon, and quite a few others.

In a recent interview, Kojima stated for sure that Raiden's included in the storyline, and when the game's over, you'll really really appreciate Raiden for what he does.

Makes you wonder what's gonna happen.

But Poor Snake, he's aged so much... the fate of being a clone.

[Raiden]

I feel sad that this will end the Metal Gear Solid series, since the fact that SNake is waay too old to fight or months to live left. His OLD age shows how he change his actions and his senses on the battlefield.

the things we saw are that the Camouflage system returns, Raiden is much cooler and acquired Ninja-like abilities without Exoskeleton operation(I think), Mass-prodeced Metal Gears and the return of some MGS1 characters.

The awesome Raiden has became cannot be justified. I'm thinking they made him this cool this time around was to get people to like him this time.

I didn't understand why people detested Raiden so much in MGS2: SoL, I liked him as a character. He's gone through WAY major improvements this time around. Cyborg Raiden.

Anyone else bugged by the fact the Metal Gears moo'd like cows? =/

cmon, seriously doesnt anyone think they should have a new snake for the series, solid snake is king but srzli im not gonna get a game where im gonna play as someone who looks like he just escaped from a retirement home.

buying the game is not the question but the question is when? and its gonna suck ass becuz i don't want to spend $600++ on something but w/e if the time comes i might do it.

and yea i also don't know why people didn't like raiden i liked him as good as snake...but maybe that's becuz i played MGS:2 first then i played MGS:1 the remake on the gamecube.

i think plp just wanted to play as solid snake rather than a new character.

but hey he looks ugly as fuc* but DAM HE KICKS, WOOPS, MAJOR NUTS AND ASS.

i saw his fight like 4 times already he's fricken crazy.

and i also agree on this being the last game for the MGS series well they have to end it sometime but i hope they don't, its just a great series with and unparallel storyline and great gameplay. but even if the gameplay sucked (which it doesn't) i would still play it just for the story like, MGS games are better than movies imo.
