I didn't bother researching this one, but if I had to guess I would say that Kakyuusei 2 is another dating sim based anime (the main sponsor is Soft Garage). Senior high school kids, little dialogue, lots of pretty backgrounds, roughly sketched characters and an OP and ED that pictures lots of girls. The central figure appears to be a mystery student that hardly has any lines ("How do I get to the principal’s office.") and everyone that sees him goes into a flashback or is mesmerised, so they are trying to create a bit of suspense in the first episode, but when Tamaki is rescued from falling off of a tall umpire's chair and then slaps her rescuer for seeing her panties, well, they lost me there. After 11 episodes of Girls Bravo, I've become tired of this cliché scene.
FWIW, her rescuer is Ryouma who belongs to the kick-boxing club and Tamaki is his manager. Ryouma is the typical "unreliable" boy that is good-natured and liked by all. Some elements of this show have "To Heart" written all over them, but there is a To Heart sequel airing this season so do we really need two shows like this? I'll admit that I had misgivings about this show right from the opening and cheesy music but I have a feeling that it will only take 2 or 3 episodes to decide if it will be any good.
If it's ok, here is an off-site link to the same text above but with some screen captures and a few more comments. (I've linked from Compuserve to Anime-Source before, so here's a reciprocal link . You should be able to view it with no trouble, but posting requires the setup of a free account.)

I would advise ppl to stay away from watching this series, it doesn't make any sense, the story kepts on switching to one person to another and it gets annoying.
there is a flashback in this anime every minute ,so much that you get tired of seeing the same thing over and over there's a flashback that happens in almost every episode that i got sick of the whole series .the op song was nice though . you can find this seies at http://web.tirkx.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=166
