Anime-Source Synopsis & Reviews

The title seems to suggest a school fighting story but it is not. I think it is more of the 'rumblings' in school.

Specifically this anime is based off a manga that is supposed to be very funny, and funny it is. Our story follows the female protaganist Tenma that is besotted with Karesuma ( I do not think he is handsome... what inner beauty does he have to attract her? Question

) and her attempts to get his attention. However we also have the male protaganist as one Harima who is a bad biker dude, who is besotted with Tenma and tries to get her attention.

So we have a love chain and Tenma is the middle link. The romance comedy centers around the use of puns and 'situational ironies'. Worth a catch.

yeup, it's rain. when I first saw that screenshot I was hesitant whether or not I really wanted to see this or not. x_X;;

I thought this show was hilarious. i laughed the entire bike scene. i the initial d reference was very unexpected. Very Happy

i thought the animators pulled off the humor in the way Tenma would have an idea and then harima would have a similar idea. i like this series!
what she sees in karesuma is a mystery to me also. plot is probably she will wake up one day and realize that too.

The voice actress doing the main lead is phenomenal. Her delivery is just phenomenal.

Since it was a release from a random guy that admired the show, there isn't a group channel you can visit where you'll find it. So unless you're one of the lucky few that gets to participate in a general distribution channel, you're SOL. Don't worry... having to wait will make it all that much better I'm sure.

Yup, this one was very funny and he did a good job explaining the word puns in advance, although some of the notes mid-show were overkill. Had to laugh out loud at the Initial-D joke. Let's hope that they can keep the humour flowing and that it continues to get subbed.

I think it's a nice combo of Azumanga Daioh with the fact that there are two people trying to get their love across. The translator notes at the beginning of each fansub are excellent help and great additional info.

It's just a nice laugh ^^.

I took a look at this.. its a pretty funny series, the guy she likes looks like a dork though riding that bike and havnig a bowl haircut Razz

Reminds me of Tenshi na Konamaiki. The translation is fairly well done especially if you take into account that the guy learned Japanese by himself.

I was considering putting this on the Anime Spotlight but it hasn't impressed me that much yet.

After having read five volumes of the manga I started watching this series with high expectations and thus far am happy. Especially, because of ending song... it's so true that sometimes boys seem to have no idea what's going on in our heads. To sum up this series in one word: hilarious.
