Is anybody here going to start reading the manga after episode 26. I already started to read ahead and it is Sooo Goood. Very Happy

i was thinking is it really worth reading the managa? i liked the anime coz of the music...

now after reading the post i may have to try downloading a vol or 2 n see

i used to have the torrent from mangascreener... but i never downloaded it and now they took the tracker down >.<

Hmm, so I just watched the raw.

If this is the last episode, I would have rather had them end it on a down note in 25. They just threw a bunch of the volumes of the manga together all in the last half of episode 26, and I for one found it annoying. Plus the still frames with voice overs at the end was lame as hell. What a horrible way to end the series. I will give them kudos for putting the Pillows in Ep 26 though...I love that band [/code]

I think they never thougt it to be longer than 26eps. I think so, too. I dont need needless filler eps, but i would lika a second season Smile

this anime is diffrent, it might be labelled in an "ART" catagory, the mandane is present in it.

I agree with all of you, episode 26 was bad.

I just don't understand how they can do such a thing to a great serie. Anyway, i'm really disapointed and yes, i will be picking up the manga pretty soon.

All I have to say is that the anime, compared to how great the manga is, was a big flop in my opinion.

After having watched the entire thing now, I think I figured out where it sort of fell apart. On paper, all a guy has to do is say "Oh my god! this is the greatest music I've ever heard! That boys voice is MONUMENTAL!"... but in a media with sound, they actually have to follow through with the boasting, which is virtually impossible, and while they made a valiant effort at it, they still fell short.

Meh, I thought epi 26 was ok. I liked the still frames with voices over them. Well, I've read the manga and already know what happens in America, so I don't really care,,,Although it was different. Oh well, at least I got to watch an anime about a band.
