Hi im new here

Hey, i just created my account a few days ago. I think that this is quite an interesting site. I have tried to write several times some reviews but always got rejeted... Sad

I read the thingy to help people how to write a review but i still can't write a good one...

(i go to a french school but im azn and i like talking english even though im not good at all... so excuse me for my mistakes...)

Anyway, if you people have any advices for a newbie like me, please do not hesitate to tell me things that are useful for a beginer like me Smile

Well hello and welcome to anime-souce. I hope you enjoy all that this site has to offer. Don't forget to read the forum faqs, they are very helpful and if the faqs can't answer some you of your questions you can pm any of us staff and modes. Well, with that said, enjoy!

Go to Read_Me.txt

If you have any time, then go through the threads in the Read_Me.txt sections that are labeled "Sticky:" for anything that probably wasn't mentioned in the FAQ (Forum rules, How to upload Avatars/Sigs, etc.). Like rag_gurl said, don't be afraid to PM one of us. 1ce will post the link to the FAQ for you later.

In short, follow the rules above, don't do short one-line posts (sometimes it's allowed, but don't, it pisses me off), be nice to the other members, be yourself, and have fun!

With that aside:

Welcome to Anime-Source, ann! (alas, a username that is sooo simple compared to everyone elses)

well anyways... welcome to anime source... may you enjoy your stay here...

stick with the rules and you will be just fine.. the links to the FAQs and other important stuff wil be linked or have been linked by someone so just be sure to read them and keep them in mind so as not to get into trouble with any of the higher ups...

keep posting and you will be able to meet individuals from all walks of life... especially the weirdos... hehehe... be sure to also drop by the free for all section especially the longest thread ever: ranter's heaven... Very Happy

I like to write reviews, but I would have to read one of the reviews you submitted to really help you. Here are some basic tips.

1)Keep it short, but make it interesting. Unless its a in depth anime review, it must be no more than 4 or 5 paragraphs at the most. Unfortunately most people have a short attention span and wont read something that long. Sad

2) Follow the guidelines in the faq. Since english is not your first language, your reviews may contain sizable mistakes that are causing them to be rejected. It does state if they cant understand it or it is full of grammatical errors, it will be rejected. I dont know if this applies to you, but its just a suggestion.

3)Keep in mind that the people who have to read reviews have a TON of them to read. Ever since the points stopped coming from posts Im sure the reviews have stock piled up. So the person reading it may be angry or tired or something so they just reject you to hurry up and finish their work.

I dont know if these apply to you, but without reading an actual review of yours I cant help you much more.
