Auto search from review section

First of all, I am sorry if this has been asked before, I searched, but did not find a previous posting. I would like to know if it would be possible to add an auto-search button to the anime review section. The way it would work is a button would be on the review page that says auto-search. When you press it it automatically takes you to the search section and fills out the keywords for the review you where just looking at. You could have it either fill in the words and automatically run the search or just fill in the words and leave it up to the user to add any other words and then press select. Whadda ya think
