sendo vs ippo (hajime no ippo)
hawk(?) vs takamura
mashiba vs (if ur not updated on ippo to the latest don't read this) sawamura (i haven't finished but man this is a fuck*n badass fight)

vorg vs ippo
a lot of hajime no ippo fights in general
ichigo vs the guy with the eye patch forgot his name
ichigo vs byakuya (sp?)

and others....

spike vs. vicious ion cowboy bebop..... and included in that scene is of course spike vs. the whole gang of people in like, the hotel lobby which was great

also ed vs. envy. the last time.

he gets his ass kicked.. which was a nice change..
it was also cool to see envy morphing

hmmm....well the fights scenes in samurai champloo are pretty good mugen's style of fighting is fun to watch, samurai x fight scenes were awsome, naruto of course has some bad ass scenes mainly involving naruto, evangeleon has always been a favourite of mine aswell, and also some of the fight scenes in tengo tenge were pretty good too.

I realize I am a little late in commenting, so bear with me if I repeat what others of said.

The "best anime fight scenes" that I have seen, were probably from Airmaster, Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran (Carried by the wind), and Samurai Champloo.

Dang, my post got erased.

My picks for the best fight scenes come from:
Noir (someone already mentioned Kirika snapping the guy's neck with his own tie)
Samurai Champloo (especially between Mugen and Jin)
Cowboy Bebop (episode 5)
Some of the earlier Naruto fight scenes like the first fight between Sasuke and Orochimaru during the Chunin Exam

i am not sure if i am doing this correctly
but since i have been watching all the naruto episodes, from that i think the chunin exams have the best fighting scenes. especially the part where the whole exam comes to an end and the fight between Gaara and Naruto, the clash of the two of the nine strongest demon in the world, now that is something to be memorable

Oh yeah, this is from an unexpected source, but the battle between the Theater Faction and the Teahouse Faction (plus the band and swimsuit sumo factions) in School Rumble was pretty well done, particularly the duel between Harima and Hanai.

The fight between Okita and Kenshin near the end of Samurai X: Reminiscence. It was very believable. I also like the battle at Ikeda-Ya earlier in the same OAV. Fast, lethal, and believable. I liked the OAV fights more than the fights in the series in general - instead of talking his foes to death, Kenshin goes for the most efficient ways to kill them.

and osme "clasics" like DBZ goku vs piccolo, and vegeta vs majin buu

I think I will go with Ichigo VS Kenpachi (Bleach)
Pretty cool fight, draw for them is a fair decision.
