maybe x-cons are male versions of witchblade or cloneblades. they got something similar on their arms.

Well, I'll wait till the very end of this anime. Even if it will be sad ending.

theory about Rihoko and that cloneblade chick could be true. she could be child her and Masamune's boss from that time. but how Masamune contact with Witchblade and was holdïng Rihoko? I wonder if witchblade kill Masamune in the end. we all know how end up that blue cloneblade chick.

Hey, PolyGuru, are you the kind of person that reads the end of a book to see whether it'll have a happy ending? I do that sometimes, but I usually end up feeling guilty about ruining the story. Razz

I'm going to stick with this series, so I'm hoping you're wrong, or that having the subs will make it better than you thought it was. You have lowered my expectations, but maybe that'll be a good thing in the long run.

Fansubs are way behind with this series, ep 10 just came out. That's over a month after ep 9, I think. The Japanese DVD's are already coming out so I hope someone does DVD rips of this. The reason? Behold:

What a pain.... i dont know why I watch this. I do it with speed X1.5 to minimize the pain... sorta like what i do with naruto fillers. Laughing

I actually thought episode ten was really good. The storyline for the episode was a bit filler-ish, but entertaining anyway. Plus there was comedy. And not just jokes and funny faces like most anime, there were actually lots of subtle little moments,

like when Masamune fell on Segawa, and the slightly iffeminate aid used two pillows to shield himself from her. And the butler/waiter type character agreeing (with an absolutely straight face!) to get a box so Masamune could take a load of the party cakes home with her. Brilliant!

Sure, this show isn't anything new, the script may not be consistently brilliant, there may be an overabundance of breasts. But, damnit, I'm still finding it very entertaining!

Oh my gawd they made an anime out of the comic drawn by micheal turner =_=.... How lame...the series already sucked but making an anime.. Jeeszz..the only thing Micheal Turner is good as is making the faces and even still his female character look all the same. >_< At least Witchblade was inkted by other people or that comic would have been terrible to read. Nowadays he doesn't have his artwork inkted..it saves money I geuss...but he's not so good ar drawing female bodies and without an inkter to correct that for him...yuk!!
But the story isn't that good...how could they have ever decided to make an anime..>_<...I'm in mega-shock.

I dont get the hate. But maybe cuz its all these insults that slowed the subbing down so much.

Please give this anime a chance. The boobs and cleavage arent anything serious, there are more serious fanservice in other crappier anime and i think this is actaully pretty good.

(i didnt know anything about the original american witchblade)

So conclave and bakakozou, if you are reading this, please continue the subbing, i have been catching up with it till eps 6 already and so far i think its really good. Though it might be nothing compared to some of the top tier animes out there and stuff. Gonzo is still doing a good job with the animation and all.
