ok here's my problem.
since my HDD was wiped out a few days ago...and I wasn't able to back them up on a CD, I lost all of them.
but I happen to have sent my friend a CD copy of some the files that I have lost.
now for my request for help.
What file (preferably large) hosting/uploading site can I tell her to use?

Some of the good ones are:
Megaupload
SendSpace
But all of them can't upload more than 250 MB of data, so if your CD is more than that, then you may want to split it up or send the CD to you by postal. _________________

with www.yousendit.com you can send files through email as big as 1gig, though i they won't allow files that are considered to be illegal.
since you two are friends, shouldn't there be a way that you two chat each other? like through AIM, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, or IRC? surely, you can send files to each other through this applications. |

if you are not far away, Ipod or some external hard drive would do too.. _________________

Actually...She lived far far away from the US.
I'm from from Asia and live in the same country as her. In other words, a childhood friend/classmate since prep school.
And I sent her some animes via mail and I happen to include some of my files to share with her. Since she asked me if I have some animes that she can watch^^ _________________
