that was a funny episode... its nice to see a different look on Urds character, first time i think i saw her blush.. Razz

oh and the ED is interesting... so there would be someone that would be matched to Skuld and a few more characters that i haven't seen was show so yeah... since i haven't read the manga i don't know about them.. Razz

LOL. That was fun. I hope Urd will have it in her heart one day to forgive him so they can end up together ^^. It seems I was right, Sentaro is gonna appear in the next episode and we're starting Skuld's little love story. This is getting pretty interesting in my point of view.

I love the OMG series~!! XD I watched even the OVAs and they're all good!

I started watching Season 2 maybe last month, had to stop because of work schedules..... OH NOES< I forgot which episode I stopped in! Shocked

I think it was right after the... party where Belldandy went drunk, and the party was crashed, and he got really bad luck

It's true that Skuld was very cute on this episode although she can be quite the stubborn one. Basically I think Sentaro is for Skuld what Keiichi is for Belldandy. How cute ^^

Hmm... things is starting to get interesting... sadly Sentaro and Skuld doens't really develop much in the manga... wonder how the anime goes?

It's good alright. The first ever episode I touched for tha AMG series was SNT episode 1, and even that made me want to watch the first season and the OVA after that. I like the mix of romance, humor and slice of life as well as fantasy in the series.

Despite the fact that the latest episodes were about Skuld, I still couldn't get the fact that Urd had a boyfriend out of my mind. The concept itself was pretty funny, as was her beau. I have to say, though, Skuld does look cute, and I do hope there will be more development between her and Sentaro.

Which reminds me: Does the OVA come after or before the second season? This question arose because
We get to see Skuld's angel in the OVA, but yet here we see her only getting her angel at episode 13 or 14.

Well, as for Second Season of AMG I've got to watch till ep 10 but I can't find any torrets 'cause it got lincesed. I really like this anime so I'm sad.

and isnt the OVA series of AMG a kind of spin off to the tv series? or are you talking about the movie with k1 having a freakishly shorter hair...? i think they said something about a year or two after k1 and bell met... so erm yeah.. it might still be after the second season.. if not then its a spinoff again.. Very Happy

To clear things up:

Ah! My Goddess OVA (1993): The original five episodes that were released in the early 90's. It was nice introduction and preview/promotion for the running manga. However, the anime sort of strayed from the manga story. The anime is fun to watch nonetheless. The animation is definitely showing its age, but it's still good animation. I also like the last two episodes of this OVA. It's really sweet.

Ah! My Mini Goddess (1998): A spinoff series in which the three sisters are all chibified. I remember an episode where they are hanging out with a rat. Nothing too special. 48 mini adventures running at about seven minutes each.

Ah! My Goddess Movie: Released in 2000. This is a story that takes place three years after Belldandy joins Keiichi. Of course, Skuld will have had her angel by then. It is also the first time characters like Chihiro and Peorth are animated (causing fans to rejoice). A great movie.

Ah! My Goddess TV (2005): Everything is pretty much reset and they start from the beginning. This time they concentrate and stick close to the manga stories, although some are a little out of order. Overall, a great TV series for those who are fans. Most of the original voices are all back for the TV series.

Ah! My Goddess Episodes 25-26 (2005): NOT an OVA but rather an extension of the first season. These are the episodes where Urd turns into a little girl and Skuld transforms into a fully grown woman.

Ah! My Goddess TV (2006): The second season of the TV series that started in April. Released in two formats. The fullscreen format is released first with the widescreen presentation released about three weeks after. It IS licensed by media blasters. However, licensing has never really stopped AonE and AnY from subbing the first season so I doubt they'll stop subbing the second season. Also, Media Blasters seems to let it slide anyways...

There you go. A complete collection of AMG anime works. Awesome. Enjoy!

Now I know where to get what. I've enjoyed the OVA's and the movie, but for some rerason never started to watch the TV series...hopefully i can pick this series up soon.

Just a question though, where does the first season finish off at? That way I should know whether to watch this from the first season or is it alright to pick-up from the start of the second season Confused
