Good Heavens...!! What the hell I'm watching here?? huh?? What is it again?? うたわれるもの。。。 i see... my God...
Just finished ep2 and yep... this is by far the most promising anime I have ever watched ever since the Aftermath of Midori no Hibi. I did try out the game but sorta give up after just about an hour since well... I understand not a single shit... (I'm sure you get what I mean...)
Anyways, this anime just hit the bullseye for me... I'm sorta into Adventures and Epic anime... yea... something like Inuyasha but hell ya, Utawarerumono beats Rumiko's masterpiece flat...
I some sort got a feeling like this newly appointed Hakuoro hero is a General or a tactician of some sort... whats with this "Aruruu" and "Eruruu"? They sounds like some sort of Shaman instead of Miko...

I cant agree more with you... mistabean... I don't think they're nekomimi... more like Inumimi to me... anyways... hell ya!!! Eruruu is MINE!!!
Is it me or ...???
Erm... after watching ep2 I sorta got the feeling when I watch Mai-Otome... It starts to sounds like another Incest Romance... (Eruruu seems to have a crush on his newly-appointed-yet-blood-unrelated-father which share the same fate with Nina which have a crush on her self-proclaim-father-but-actually-a-child-kidnapper Sergay Wong.)
Well... as much as I'm looking for the next episode... I'm surprise that why only a fan sub group willing to take this promising title as their project... I suppose it cant be help since most Hgame turned anime were a disappointment... aside from Soul Link and SHUFFLE of course...
P/S: Since I really interested in Eruruu and her seiyuu seems to do a great job as well as sounded so familiar, I did a little research... Well it seems like her seiyuu is Ryoka YUZUKI. I dont think I know her until now that is... so it is a little disappointment for me since I expect someone who is much more veteran than her. But guess she deserve a big applause for doing a good job in voicing my beloved Eruruu...
As for Aruruu fans out there... here's your seiyuu... a Veteran and not to mention... she voice MINT from Galaxy Angel!!

That's the best part isn't it? I was also expecting some big time seiyuu with a long list of animes dating back to 1999 or something. I'm very surprised that she's the one, since I thought her voice, used as Haruka in Mai HiME/Otome was more of a shouting/Drill sarge's type of voice, not that sweet soft one which we are hearing.  |

The wonders of Seiyuu's world I guess... there were quite a number of capable and good seiyuus that could actually change their voice to suit the personalities of whichever characters they voice. Sometimes, they were so convincing that you don't believe that they were actually the same seiyuu... and hell ya, Haruka's is definitely from another world with the Lovely Eruruu...

I've seen all 3 eos that has come out so far and I must say I really think I like it! I lvoe the animation, it's so cute and nice and I love the characther design on Erurur and Aruru and their eyes, so kawaii!! But man...what's with the mask? He looks silly in that mask...hehe  |

Lol... I agree... it seems to me that more characters start kick in so I really cant wait for ep4.

| Oh man, the previews for episode 4 look like it's going to be a great episode. And, as mentioned already by others, this show looks really promising. I'm actually quite surprised that it doesn't seem to have many people following it yet. |

Guess... this is going to be one of the few that going to be labeled as UNDERATED ANIME again... sigh~~ Well this series definitely caught my attention but perhaps not much people into epic and adventure type of anime. Even Inuyasha only capably in scoring within the east side of the world. The western side of the world doesn't seem much too interest with it. Perhaps, this kind of anime isn't their cup of tea?

i really like the fantasy type anime so is definatly on my watch list. Also the OP single came out on the 28th so its available now. i just love the mixture of chinese music in the op.

pretty interesting series.. and the OP and ED are not bad at all.. in fact i don't skip the song to the story when im watching this... hehehe... so it must have some merit to make me keep on listening to it..
how many episodes is this series gunning for???? looks like a long one with the number of characters that seem to be in it...

The opening is Musou Uta sung by Suara
Well... this series might going to run long... I mean... as you can see in the opening there's plenty of characters that have yet make their appearance. So it might be around 26ep I think... yea... I never skip the op as well ^^ one of the few anime that could actually make me watch the opening in every episodes.

utawarerumono is one of the animes that quickly got me glued to it with just the first episode. the story just fits me and the characters are so to my liking. i also really like the op but not the ed though.
