So now the subject of interest is Satokos older brother Satoshi, whom was briefly mentioned in the first arc.
It's guite obvious that the poor chap found in the river, de gutted, was Satoshi probably one of Mions many victims.
This time around Renas behaviour is once more somewhat disturbing, where as in the second arc her way of behaving was suprisingly normal. _________________ ~Everybody says that I am evil, but that's not true.

yeah this arc is mainly about Satoko
in the past 2 arcs she is quite normal but i think in this arc we are going to see her miserable side.
in the first scene you see Satoshi with his hand tortued by Mion with the 15 nails.
that bit was quite cool _________________ <img src="http://www.animecubed.com/billy/userimages/sigs/52943.jpg"><br>

this arc feels kinda different. Oishi, who is a past ally, now seemingly playing the villain. Instead of being creeped out by the actions of the character in spotlight, now I am feeling mystified and pitying Satoko... _________________ ... |

im kinda confused with the resets on the story every four episodes. Are these
arcs related to each other or is the storyline completely different with the same characters. Some of the personalities of the characters seemed changed too in every reset. I've noticed that the chapters all named as followed:
Demoned Away
Wataganshi
Killing the Curse
At first i thought the reset was just starting the same story over, just from a different character's perception. But this is definietly wrong since too much of the plot and characters conflict with each other. So is it safe to say that these arcs have nothing to do with each other? _________________ [img:250:112:a3991f200c]http://img406.imageshack.us/img406/3880/shufflesig1qq.jpg[/img:a3991f200c]

well it IS somewhat the same story. The mystery in that village and the murders that happened during the festivals.
But, the spotlight falls on different girl every time... and the story changed a bit approriately _________________ ... |

Episode 11 - Wow. I can't wait for the next episode.
Keiichi went into psycho mode, but he was calm and rational in his planning of the murder. Other than Shion, he's the person who's bad side I'd least like to be on.
Takano is really creepy. I suspect that Tomitake's body is in the trunk - that seemed to be his bike in the back. I wonder what she intends to do with Keiichi.

i dont really get it because when keiichi is digging the hole, he has flashbacks of him before he came to that village. the creepy thing is that he turned into a bit of rena but i cant really blame him for protecting satoko.
somehow Takano knows what keiichi did but in the end she is going to get killed so no body is going to know what keiichi did. but i think Mion should have some idea on what he did. Maybe keiichi is going to suffer the same fate as Satoshi like in the start of the arc.
it is obvious that Takano is going to send him home. and when Satoko knows about his uncle missing she might go insane and ... who knows. In the end i would suspect Keiichi goes insane and something from his past is going to encourage him to suicide???
anyway have to w8 and see what happens next. _________________ <img src="http://www.animecubed.com/billy/userimages/sigs/52943.jpg"><br>

damn... another mindfucking ending to this arc.
Kinda left my mouth hanging when they show Rika's corpse. That just somehow told me that indeed, something supernatural is at work. HOWEVER if that is true, then another question popped out. Just who is Keiichi, to be "honoured" by Oyashiro to that extent...
Well, I was hoping that they will animate all of the Answers arcs, including the last one which is yet to be released. Though I heard rumours that only two Answers arc will be told.
But whatever it is... will just have to wait. Next up, Rika in the spotlight. _________________ ... |

lol at last some one answered thank you mistabean
anyway this new act is just too freaky
it is like Keiichi being the Oyashiro himself. Cursing everyone and then everyone dies. i think the answer for this arc will be quite special.
the next arc will be interesting since it is about rika. _________________ <img src="http://www.animecubed.com/billy/userimages/sigs/52943.jpg"><br>

I thought that was one of the most disturbingly portrayed scenes I've ever seen in an anime. The way
the shadows partially covered up the corpse along with the ravens hovering about it and Keiichi's blood-curdling scream definitely sent chills down my spine like nothing else I've ever seen.
Some parts of Elfen Lied and Shadow Star Narutaru are it's closest competition but I don't think even their most brutal scenes are quite nearly as effective.
By the way, what did everyone think of this arc? I would say that this is my second favorite next to the first one. The second one I thought was great too, but I personally found it just a tad over-the-top. I've heard many express their disappointment over this third arc though. I personally liked it myself overall and thought the last episode wrapped things up nicely.
I am absolutely loving this series so far and I haven't been this hooked since ever since Elfen Lied. Higurashi no Naku koro ni may very well blow it out of the water by the time it's completely finished. |

well, those people must be expecting something along the first arc. Coz the arc is getting less and less freaky, and more mindf**king with your mind. As in, more "huh?! What the hell is happening here" rather than "OMGWTF?!! That scared the shit outta me!!" _________________ ... |

| Yeah that's what happening.. I'd like the blood splatting scenes in the beginning of the arch.. I've missed it.. especially the scene where that little girl commits suicide by ramming her head w/ a kitchen knife placed on the wall. |

| Well so far, the new arc seems much more interesting than the last, less mindf*ck and more backstory. |
