Anyway, Saki's voice especially when she was mocking the Genshikens with the 'mons' sounded way too familiar to me... I did some background check and guess which popular character her voice actress has played before...

I myself don't exactly know what he had over Saki, but my guess he is referring to the guy from episode 4. I mean the chairman could just say a little something to Kohsaka, and Saki's world would be all over.
