I dont thinkI am born to be a manga artist but I certainly live towards it.
I am always thinking about improving myself. Drawing is just too much fun. I already saw your darwing(too late^^). Your ideas are nice and the way you structure the drawing is quite good. JUst keep drawing and the skill will come.

About the tips. Well, if you stop hanging out with your friends and drop all the parties and draw like a manic you will become great in no time.haha, just joking. Some things I find could improve my art skill is keep your eyeskeenand observe arround you. When I walk on the street I always look at people, building. Taking note on their shape, colour, shading...etc.
I also look at other people's art works alot and study them carefully. And of course you ahve to keep practice. Hope these can help you.

Wow man that is really good the way you can draw perspectives is freaking amazing!... i think i will need more time untill i can do that
