Digital Illustration homework

This is part of our homework in my digital Illustration class.

What we're supposed to do was to take an image of a cartoon character and redraw it in vectors using Adobe Illustrator.

We were given an exercise file (a Woody Woodpecker pic) and it was so easy that I decided to draw my own character.

So yeah I didn't bother with the proportion issues and uneven line weights as the final prodct would be the vector image^^

i like the overall look and feel of the picture, the lines are well defined, the drawing looks good...

but some minor changes that would enhance the feel would be to add some slight shading on her arms, side of the face, and lower neck... a background picture would look good too... ^_^
