Noo that one is to speak of evilness of writing a fiction book discrediting the holy bible. Speaking of the movie prooved to be more interresting but displeased the author of the thread.
So what about the movie ? Personnaly, while I think it will be a pretty good movie (mind you far from the best of 2006), I also think it will smash a lot of records.
My only fear if the Vatican proof read the script. So it will probably be butchered. Shame how money can distract. |

Harrison Ford isnt really 'academic' enough though. Early on he was the rogue (Star Wars, Indiana Jones) and later he was the family man turned reluctant but determined hero (all those thrillers). Which is why I though he could do with a dash of The Insider Russel Crowe. but i guess Crowe was more naive white collar worker in that.
i think Eric Bana is good for the job (go Australians ). He looks right and right age i think. The role isnt outside what he's already done (Incredible Hulk, Black Hawk Down) |

I look foward to the movie seeing as I'm probably the last person on the face of the Earth that hasn't read this book. Yes, I AM that lazy. I was waiting for this movie to come out for some time now. My only complaint from the previews is that they made Tom Hanks look too old...or is it really how he looks now?? Time hasn't been too kind to him. _________________ PM some funny pick-up lines please > |

Seriously, why keep locking my threads and not this one?
Were my threads one liners? No.
Were they posted on the forums before? No.
Is this posted in another forum? Yes.
Can the discussion in this thread be included in the one on FFA forums? Yes.
If the FFA thread is moved here, is one of them likely to be locked? Probably.
Should this be locked? Yes. |

This movie is sooooooo boring 80% of the time is talking about history which I already learned in middle school. _________________ You have lived long enough.......Your Soul is Mine!! |

| The book is way better. I don't really liek tom hanks as langdon. The person who plays leigh tebings and remy don't soot the character I think. The movie kinda bored me. I had just finished the book the day before though. They cut out the
second cryptext.
That didn't really matter, because it wasn't too too important.
I didn't really like the reunion I liked in the book how the met the brother and the gandmother only and they didn't go into a secret place at the bottom of the church. I would have thought it would have been a little more garded if that stuf was inside the church. Even if someone wasn't looking for the grail someone looking around and getting curious could go into the off limits section and probably find the hidden door.
