I'd really appreciate your constructive comments/criticism. Thanks everyone! (thanks to Meganekko for suggesting a gallery thread! <3 )
The first artwork I'm featuring is a Shaman King chibi fanart which took me a week to finish (at least 1 hour input per day). I'm now posting both the colored version and the original lineart. The original lineart was done with a Hunt School Pen nib and Speedball India Ink on regular bond paper. It took about 2 hours. Then I colored it in Photoshop CS.

This is the lineart.

This is the colored version.
Artworks from past threads (with extra description in some): (putting them here so they're in one place..)

Tsugaru from Beatmania. I used a pic by the artist Falcoon as a reference. I used a traditional Hunt school pen nib and Speedball black India ink. I used photoshop to add the sepia tone to the lineart. I hope you all like it!

Shikamaru and Temari on Naruto being lovey-dovey. It's entitled "Lean a little closer." Used my Hunt School Pen with Speedball black ink on a normal sketch pad. Hope you all like it!

Hatsuharu from Fruits Basket. This was my first attempt ever in coloring using my new Deleter Neopiko alcohol markers. I inked this with my Nikko G-pen nib and Deleter black ink.

| I love the coloring and everyone's drawn pretty much accurate. Job well done. The only thing negative that I have to say is that the arms look a little stiff. |

Please check the links. They don't seem to be working. And I really wanted to see them... Please update them soon, or I'll be forced to close it down. _________________ EX-mod |

No worries, I can see them now... (might've been just my anti-virus/firewall overprotecting me) Anyway, I'm glad you've put up finally an art gallery, omedetou gozaimashita!!
Is it Shaman King?

A character there reminds me of Azuma from Yakitate Japan... ne?

Mugen: Snack Time
Mugen, my favorite character from Samurai Champloo!! I finished the entire series and I LOVED it. ^_^ Mugen is the best~~ This is my first fanart of him ever (I drew his jacket differently and mixed the triangle pattern into the jacket itself). I like how it came out. By the way, he is eating fishballs, the type that you can find in UP Diliman (my college). Hahaha...

Mugen from SamCham
Inked with Nikko spoon pen and Speedball ink. approx. 30 mins-1 hr.

[IMG:649:850:967c5b82da]http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y112/Isay/alucard.jpg[/img:967c5b82da]
The original of this is for sale! Price is US$20 (plus shipping fees from the Philippines to your country. Approx. $2-4). Send me a message if interested.
I really love how this turned out! This guy is Alucard from Hellsing by Kouta Hirano. The driving concept behind this is Alucard's regenerative skills that he can use even after he's blown to bits. In this case, his entire lower body was probably blown to bits/chopped by Anderson. Hahaha...

Inked with Maxon Comic Ink, Hunt School Pen. Colored with Deleter Neopiko alcohol-based markers.
Approx. 3.5 hours. |
