Why is it that at my account settings, the only avatar i can pick is blank.gif and i cant seem to upload my own avatar from my comp. 
Help me please, maybe i did something wrong... |

Looks like you get the wrong page. In order for you to get the list of avatars, click on the "Profile" on top of your forum page and then scroll down to the end of the page and then choose your avatar from the gallery there. If you have uploaded your image in image hosting site such as ImageShack or PhotoBucket, then just enter the url link of the picture into the field.
