I'm leaning heavily towards the 3rd option, it’s the cheapest, and I’ve heard good things about DLP: http://www.dlp.com/

Afte seeing DLP TV, its prolli the better of the choice, Plasma has the burn in image problem and LCD resolution is less than plasma, so DLP looks pretty good.

make sure you got an HD cable subscription/hook-up and all that shizz. I got a 50" plasma, but when we watch shows that aren't in HD, the picture looks like crap. Although, I wouldn't recommend getting a large screen anyway... high-resolution is Hollywood's worst nightmare... there are some people you really DON'T want to see close-up in detail. ::shudders:: _________________

lol that's great. Well mostly I'll be using my TV for gaming and DVD's. But yeah, I got satellite TV, with the HD channels and all. And I am keeping my CRT so if the normal shows look crappy I can always switch over. I'm thinking DLP is the way to go, part of the reason I'm replacing my current set is that it has all sorts of gaming crap burnt into the screen, so, yeah, I'd rather not have that.
