Yey! just found out naruto's coming to fox kids (jetix) later this year. i know this doesnt sound like a big thing, but we dont have really any decent anime cept for the two shows (FMA and Wolf's Rain which finishes this or next week anyway) on rapture. that said it was kinda obvious that it was going on to jetix, as toonami or whatever it wants to call itself now, couldnt care less about animation, even if it is true anime and not american merchandisation versions.

anyways YEY!

Here's hoping for adult swim on cartoon network too, as it has almost the same hours as the cartoon network of USA, so could easily be slotted in!

Wow. I hope they truly air the show. Some of the promises in the past are many, so many series seemed to have ended before the story line truly ends.

The dubbed American versions aren't too bad. I thought they would make the show into something horrible, but it still holds a PG rating. This could have gone the way of One Peice and ended up TVY7 with nothing worth watching. Very Happy

i heard rumors that the American dub versions of Jap anime dont allow any blood being spurt or gush. so does this means when Naruto turns himself into a woman, his master would just fly off with no blood coming out from his nose???
i bet it is going to be messed up

the naruto we got is apparently an edit of the american edit itself, so we got two degrees of censorship.
On top of the no blood we get:
the hokage smoking wasnt allowed, so its zoomed in.
any scenes with dialogue on killing or destroying are removed. Sexy jutsu is both sped up and cut down. Weapons are hardly ever seen and freeze frames are even used. We havent even got to the zabuza arc yet!

in laments terms its basically like someone re edited the show from the american dub using one of those extremely basic editing programs that come with a webcam or something. Man do we get screwed over!
