IRC link correction

I'm not sure if this is the right channel for this but I figure it's better than nothing.

The link to go to the Megami Anime IRC Channel as listed in the New Releases page is incorrect. The link should be irc://irc.rizon.org/Megami-Anime and not irc.rizon.org/#Megami-Anime, since that link takes you to channel "#Megami-Anime", which doesn't exist. The "#" is underlined because it is unnecessary in this case.
