Slipknot imo , never really liked listening to Korn much.

my fav songs from slipknot were "The Heretic Song" and "Wait and Bleed"

those are from the first album rite? cuz its like a staircase
1st album- REALLY HARD ROCK
2nd album-hard rock
3rd album-not as hard as the second but still can be clasified as hard

It was before Duality I think, pretty sure, your right about there music going a bit softer and softer, Mudvayne aint too bad as well.

I think that they're both pretty good bands, overall. Hoever, it seems that Korn kinda slumped downhill as they went on. So I guess I'd have to say Slipknot. I like their self-named album. I remember listening to it a few year ago, and thinking of how catchy some of the songs from the album were. I no longer have the album, but i listen to it online on Napsterlinks every chance I get.

i prefere KoRn over slipknot, KoRns earlier albums were awesome, my prefered song would have to be "here to stay". my favourite slipknot song would be vermillion

Yeah, they're both good bands, but the scale tips in koRns favour, altough i must say that koRns latest album See you on the other side is a bit weaker than the previous albums, anywhoo my favourite koRn song is Thoughtless and fav. slipknot song is Vermilion, pt.2
