Do you learn anime theme songs?

At first it really isn't my intention to learn them. But when I tend to watch an anime alot, and when I really like that anime, I get the theme song stuck in my head... I know the tune but that really isn't enough for me. I need to know the song alot with the tune. I don't know alot of them. Just enough...

yeah, I have like 11 cds worth of songs and having listened to each of them literally 100 times (not to mention hearing them when I watch each episode (with the karaoke subtitles)), I pick up the lyrics really quick. I think I know about 200 japanese songs now Shocked

i wish i know Japanese because then i could learn all the anime songs. but now i can only immitate the sounds of the songs.

first i get hooked on a song from watching an anime and then ill download the song and listen to it. Ive got like 130 anime songs that i like to listen to from time to time

I actually got stuck with the first song from hajime no ippo. I started with humbing the the song but then I started to sing it for my self. When I think about it it's pretty wierd because I used to hate the song lol.

I have a bunch of the cd from the anime I watch and I listen to them a lot and learn the lyrics. Usually me and my freind learn them from watching the anime or listening to the cds. Me and my friend always talk about the best song from the animes. I like fullmetal alchemist so I know re-write pretty well.

There's the occasional song that interests me whenever I watch a new anime. I end up getting it and put it in the list of anime songs I listen to. There are times where I 'try' to sing along to parts of a song. However, since I don't know the language, I always end up butchering it and look like a fool. So after all this time making futile attempts, I learned to go along with the song in my head. There are some times where I'll try to sing aloud, but very softly and when I know no one can hear me.

And it's my habit that if I like the song, I memorize their lyrics. But I don't go and search the net for the wordings, but I just listen to the song long enough and I will memorize it by heart... naturally. I'm not joking! Very Happy

At first I'll just hum the tune, sometimes accidentally I would blurt out the syllables. Then I pick it up from there and listen to the song some more until I can sing legible some Jap words, lyrics and all.

Nah.... I dont....I can remember the theme tune.... but never the lyrics.... its quite hard to remember the lyrics of another language if you can speak it.......so I just dont bother......
