bleach characters past life

i've noticed that most of the characters seems to die young and their spirit kinda grow in soul society. but what if they died at the 'current' age as they are in the manga? don't you wonder what they actually do. well, these are just my imaginations

rangiku = stewardess, vegas show girl
hitsugaya = genius middle-schooler
byakuya=noble businessman
kyouraku=novelist
ukitake=school principal, recuperating patient of some terminal disease (haha)
nanao=secretary

hmm. that's all i can think of right now .

lol, posible but it seems that the story developed a bit unrealistic and out of the storyline. Like there are people who are born in Soul Society even though they are spirits. Also they bleed when they are not supposed to because they don't have a body.

Hum...the storyline doesn't link anyway...
They said spirit can't grow up, but Rukia was left by her sister when she was at baby and now she's a teenage??? What exactly happen???
Ow...as an addition, I think Kenpachi was a criminal but how can he enter soul society??
