The problem is that down-right on my pc's screen(next to the clock) there is a icon saying virus alert.Every 5 minutes a balloon pops up saying my pc is infected and it sents me to a url for buying programms.
When i open internet explorer it says tha the pc is infected (showing my info about he pc) and that is vulnerable to hackers.
Spybot has erased all the malicious programms and now is saying (spybot) that everything is ok.
Norton doesn't find anything.
I used tune up to find the currently working programmes but nothing suspicious.
What should i do now?
Is my internet explorer also infected?

A lot of things are infected, even your Norton. Try using other virus scanners, especially BitDefender. Though, it won't get rid of everything due to the fact that your Windows OS won't allow you to delete some (infected) system files. You may hafta reformat your system...

It's a good idea to install TeaTimer after a fresh install of a Windows system. It comes with the latest SpyBot. Also, remember to immunize your system. SpyBot also does this.

Ad-aware found it, deleted it....like 5

and now just got this WinAntivirus Pro...that is a certified and not a virus in disguise is it? -_-;

Here's a list of online scanners at your disposal: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/Scanners.htm

Try scanning while in Safe Mode with Networking so no extra suspicious programs would be executed when Windows starts. Also, have you guys installed at least a Windows Service Pack? It's the most recommended to install in order to fill in the security holes (though, for the SP2, you gotta have a clean system for it to install successfully, otherwise bad stuff will happen).

Yes, you lose all information on the partition if you reformat it. That's why it's recommended to make multiple partitions so there's no need to lose everything. For example, a partition for your animes, manga, or music.
