I've been following the manga ever since it became downloadable and I really liked the story...but now...I'm really starting to get irritated with how the story is progressing. 15 volumes is already a great feat...wish the story would get back on track and finish eleagantly...like I''s and Video Girl AI...wherein you would never get bored of the story development...*sigh*

(And don't give me crap like "If you don't like it, then don't read..". I've been reading the manga for a LOOONNGG time, and I don't intend to stop there. I started it, so I might as well finish it to the bitter end Sad

)

lol well.... a manga story would never really be the same as the anime story (with the exception of maybe naruto?? ) cuz maybe there are some things that they just can't animate and stuff @_@ ... but ya.. i was kinda disappointed with full moon wo sagashite when i watched the anime... cuz firstly, i didn't quite like the voice actor who sang full moon's songs, (too low) and then the songs weren't that good either... and they cut out some songs like the mermaid song mitsuki was supposed to sing... they probably couldn't do that in the anime or something... @_@

as they say, all good things come to a end. i agree with sum ppl. mangas end like shit. only a slected few have good endings. long manga is good sumtimes. like one piece n hunterxhunter.

Ugh. Conan...I really want to find out what happens at the end, and I'd have to admit that it is sort of amusing to read, but at the same time, I admit that the mangaka is stretching the time span a lot. You'd think that, after 40+ volumes, Ran (and Shinichi) would have had to graduate high school...but nope, they seem to be in the same grade...or if they have grown, it's been maybe a year...?? Confused

I really like Naruto and case closed. I like most of the mangas that are good that last a long time but if the story dosn't progress at all it is kinda the same old stuff over and over again. Can't wait fot the next chapter of Naruto.

one manga that is annoyingly long is inuyasha.......400+ chapters.....AND THE SAME THINGS OVER N OVER AGAIN ARGH!!!!! naruto is getting stupid bleach is still good but inuyasha is just annoyingly long....

Well, if people didn't like em they would never last that much... Rumiko manga style has always been making incredibly long mangas Souless, just remember Ranma 1/2... It made it all the way to wooping 38 volumes... I think thats about 415 chapters total...
I agree, many people find em boring pretty fast when they are so long, but most of the fans stick to them to the very end. I for once plan to stick to the very end of Ahh Megamisama and Full Metal Alchemist; and while FMA is still "green" (only 57 chapters so far) Ahh megamisama is over 200 now, and doesn't look like its ending soon...

I hate long mangas that are either have side stories full of garbage or it's just boring period. But there are good points to it. Like Hajime no Ippo and Naruto. These two are very long, strong, liked, and still on-going. But the bad thing is that soemtimes it makes me (and probably a lot fo you guys out there) lose interest. It's just so LONG!!!
