reformatting a dell

okay after a long long time ive finally decided to reformat my comp. and the problem is iono how to reformat it lol if anybody knows how can you please give me instructions? thanks !

use your official windows xp cd that came with your system. Set your cd drive to secondary master if not already and boot from the cd. Follow the instructions to delete the partition on your cd and to format it. It's best to back up any valuable data though before you reformat.
