Sorry.. I'm not sure if this belongs here but i need a little help :S
anyone knows a program that can translate eng to jap and jap to eng?
a good program that can translate sentences?
reason y i'm doing this.. there is an exchange student, and want to make this student comfortable in jap

hmmm.... is there a site or prgram that doesn't turn to kanji? (is that right?)
like is there like with english letters so I can practice or try saying them?

Such programs cannot be trusted. translating programs CAN do it, but it's not 100% accurate compared to the human translator. Use it only for words and NOT for paragraphs or more.

If youre talking about on the computer, and the computer you are talking about has microsoft office, just use the language bar. As long as you keep it on at all times you can switch between many languages, you can even set all you're windows based programs and junk into japanese as well. to type in it though with a standard qwerty keyboard is a bit of a hassle as youre going to keep needing to swtich between hiragana and kanji (not to mention the katakana in some cases)
I can tell you how to do all this in more detail if you want to try it; if not then so be it; in truth im not sure if this was what you were asking for. |
