I picked up this game a few days ago. (I cant believe I missed it.) Aside from the fact that it comes with a near perfect port of GGXX RELOAD#, the actual game GG Judgement is tons of fun. They did change the move lists for all characters, for the better I might add, mixing their EX modes and regular styles into one. For some this is great, others only a slitght improvement. The length of the game is questionable at best. You can finish a game with a single character within two hours or less, assuming you know your way around GG. The graphics are impressive, the story is bare bones but still interesting, the action itself is extremely fast paced but easy to get around, the controls are perfect and even allow for easy air combos, this game is fantastic. I am a GG fangirl, but even it wasnt GG the forumla is dead on. Anyone else play this game? _________________ Miku Miku!!

I am actually planning to buy this since it is not only fighting game, but well, I am still apprehensive since I have 4 PSP games that is pending currently (VP: Lenneth, Astonishia Story, Tenchu: Dark Assasin, Generation of Chaos).
Well, I don't think I will grab it anytime soon, but I will grab it in the future. So how's the game, so far? Does it follow GGXX: Reloaded story or a brand new one? _________________ Innocent Tranquility

Game is great so far. Its very addicting, and Survival mode is tons of fun and damn hard. The story for Judgement is an original story. It revolves around an island called Isene where some strange stuff is going on and the GG characters go for their own reasons. Of course, May only goes because Johnny landed there to help the people and she is looking for him. It also features all new music, which is great. I think the composer is a different guy though, but its still good. _________________ Miku Miku!!

i don't really like ths us version of judgement. i got the japanese one instead. it comes with Slash instead of GGXX #reloaded. yeah, ABA and Order Sol. I was disappointed with Order Sol's ability to do damage (maybe just me) but he's fun to use. I don't really like Judgement, too boring and easy. anyways i gotta practice order sol, i must beat CGY with him

Crap and half..... do you have a japanese PSP or can I just import it, or do I have to do that emulator thing. Damn I would rather have Slash only because I dont want to get used to the Reload changes and lose my Slash changes.
I found Judgement to be great mounds of fun. And it was pretty hard for me the first time through. To be more specific, Inus and Judgment were the only hard parts that took me a great amount of time to finish. Now I can run through the game fairly easily most of the time without dying more than twice. Usually. _________________ Miku Miku!!

psp games are region free. so yeah you can import it. or you can do the emulator thingy too if you want. there are so many changes and new moves for slash. like ky has two stun edge, one fast and one slow. his charged stun edge is done with dust and you can do it in the air as well. for dizzy (which i know you want to hear lol) has a new spinning scyth path. it goes upwards and then downwards. and a new bubble path, upwards. uhhh that's all i can remember for dizzy. my slayer got toned down =( weaker damage, lower stun rate and other stuff. crap gotta practice to be more defensive now. and i never knew you were a girl, lol. by any chance do you go to pacific mall?

GGXX - Yeah I know about all the changes for SLASH. I play it a lot now. Dizzy is much worse off than slayer I can tell you that. Lower speed/dashing/air dashing, slower jumping HS/P/Crouching HS, Lost what little priority she had, new move is only somewhat useful, fish dissappear when she is hit, lower attack overall, lower defense. Needless to say they RREEEAAALLLYYY messed her up. But at least they made Ky really good. I used him back when he sucked so Im even better with him now. They did do some FANTASTIC things to Testament, who is my second best character now.
But in either case they already have a new Guilty Gear in Japan anyways lol. Its called GG XX Accent Code

yeah true, i need to find another character. i'm thinking about ky or chipp, its a really tough decision. ky is considered top tier in japan and sol badguy still is too. i don't want to use sol, it's like a common character to fight and you can somewhat figure out what they are planning. maybe i'll learn A.B.A., i like her style of fighting. i can easily do a lot of damage with her, like 200. you are lucky being able to play Slash a lot, there's no arcade that i know that has it. only a GGXX machine with screwed up buttons and a Reloaded machine like 2 hours away with public transit and i don't wanna force people to drive me there. and i'm too young to drive T__T. yeah i heard about Accent CORE not CODE. some fan you are, nah just joking. don't take it offensivly or anything. do you have any ABA stratgy you can share

I like May too Jsy3k. And yeah I read GGXX changes thing and I thought "Damn I think I have read this before. Sounds like that guy's faq on gamefaqs..." and lo its the same lol. Anyways I have not messed around with
GGXX-->Yeah I actually knew I messed that up when I thought about it later that day lol. I was like CRAP. ITS ACCENT CORE NOT CODE. I didnt think you would say anything. ABA strategies...... none come to mind right now. I have not messed with her either. All I know is that she can combo her instant death move in SLASH. Im playing the PS2 version of slash. Most of my friends here have it. They dont have a Jap PS2 but they havve freeloader disks so they just use those.
Currently with Dizzy Im trying to master the instant air attack technique that I didnt even know about until recently. Apparently you do the command quickly, then keep rolling the pad until you get to the up direction, then press button. With Dizzy, its her bubble thing. Number wise I think its 21478+K. Dont correctly it does them move with barely a hop above the ground. WIth that, I can air dash to a decent P-->P-->HS-->Land-->Crouching K-->Crouching HS-->Arctic Impaler. Or to mix things up just land and go for a throw. Its also useful after a throw. Instead of going for the THrow-->Dash-->Standing K-->Far S-->Arctic Impaler or something like that, I just Throw-->Fish thing with K-->Bubble thing-->Air Dash behind them-->Whatever. Its quite the useful tactic. I still have trouble getting it out sometimes, but so far Its useful. _________________ Miku Miku!!

yeah i'm a nit pick. i need some ABA strategies badly, gotta beat CGY with a new character. its so boring beating him with slayer, sol, dizzy, and ky. o well, maybe i should practice zappa and faust. hmmm for dizzy when you face a turtler, maybe you can use her new scythe path, never tried it on. but you need exact timing, so hard. maybe you don't know this but if you grab an enemy with dizzy, you can dash towards them, 2P or 2K, S and then arctic impaler. and for ky you can grab, then RC/FRC and do a combo. my combo is HS, 63214K, S, HS, 63214K
