I would really appreciate if anyone can help me find a place to download Photoshop 7, and some sites that teach basic manga editing skills.

and tutorials, eh...I can't really help you there, I bought books for that sort of thing..^^

To download I guess try torrentspy or Limewire >< hehehe and for tutorials you can try GFXintervention.com its really just a place for learning how to do graphics. I dont remember if it had any manga tut in there
