well as the time of release is fast approaching(2 hours and 9 minutes, on my computer clock), i can only sit and drool. I plan on waiting as long as it takes tonight (midnight release), to get copy and start playing.

I have stocked up the BAWLS and am good to go for atleast 72 hours of non-stop playing.

The professors have been warned, the assignments have been set aside, and to is time to ROXORS SOME BOXORS!!!!!!!!!

Begins whinning like a little baby. Wheres my copy I want it for PC NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Hopfully Half-life 2 will slow my craving for it but man I will profusly hate bungie if they dont put it to PC.

I just collected my Limited Edition Halo 2. Pretty nice shiny metal case. The Halo 2 symbol sits embossed on the front. I was mistaken about the picture of the Master Chief on the back. It is not embossed but burnt in. Still looks good though, will put pictures up once my camera's batteries are charged up.

Boo... I thought the Limited Collector's Edition was a metal case. It turns out to be a metal plated plastic case. Oh well...

Anyway it came with a plastic sleeve for additional protection, I guess.

Had a go at the first mission ( as usual starting right off on Legendary ) and it appears to be more difficult than Halo 1. Two weapon firing does not really seem powerful to me...

Halo 2 has been in my possession for 9 1/2 hours...

game pretty good...

end...

most horrible lead into another sequel i have ever seen.

stupid dirty bastard microsoft and their X-Boxes...

was fine while playing... now not playing... getting sleepy...

that looks cool. about how much more was the limited edition? we preordered, but it is just the regular one. i am sad now, had i known about the special edition, wouda ordered that one.........
i wonder if they all have the 2 month Live promo inside??

i donno, after playing halo, i don't think half-life's gonna cut it...even the DEMO for HALO ONE was better than half-life

How many years was that in the making, and How many times did they move the release date back. I beat that game on the first sitting and didn't even break a sweat. I thought it was too much of the first one. The new guns, new levels, ect. don't add much to make it different and the ending make the Matrix's ending look good. Plus, what is up with the black squad leader, he looks and sounds like the one from Helo...and don't even get me started on the cut scenes, they are bad...real bad.

Helo 2 is not worth your money, my vote is have some bum...I mean friend buy it and then play their's.

my friend and I beat Halo 2 in under 10 hours. Halo 2 was all bark and no bite, anything new that was added was pointless and didn't add enought to the game to make it fun. I vote is to have a friend buy it and play it with them
