for me MMORPGs are out of the question, i'm not going to pay a monthly fee to play a game, i never have guaranteed time for it anyway, a friend of mine is a world of worcraft addict and he says that of the hour and half he plays the game every day, he spends around half an hour (commuting) sounds like work..
and besides my connection isn't nearly fast enough for an online game

well emulators are usually limited, you can't have a console like the ps2 emulated easily on a weak pc, i'm interested to know if anyone out there tried to emulate ZOE: the second runner on a pc, this game will probably require a monster of a pc to run smoothly on an emulator..

yeah, it sure require a big spec amount of PC to emulate something like that. Considering the fact that the CD you're running is atleast 1.6 GB of space, so which means gamers still prefer games running in the console than in the PC.

We have a good spec PC and yet I think it will not emulate something like that. Why dont I think of that?

this is y i just download the entire emulater, so i dont need the cd, its faster if u play the game if its completly saved onthe harddrive

I like all of them alot... Choose.. I had a computer first... Like 14 years ago with games on it... So maybe that's why I'm attracted to it... But I'm 18 so I was born in this generation of consoles... Parents played arcades so that was a big influence for those. And for handhelds... Well I could take them to school and play them there... I guess I still can.. But there really isn't any excess time at college unlike highschool and middle school... I guess arcades loses out of the race for me because there is better stuff in almost every house now... Handhelds can't compare with the other two in anything except for mobility... But I don't think that is enough... And I'm split between the last two... I like consoles and pc's (which are consoles I think) equally.

Most recently I have been playing PC games/MMO's though my vote goes to hand helds. Whenever I need to go somewhere I can just grab my DS or PSP or whatever and play. Also, since not all of these games require too much concentration (like pokemon) i can watch tv and play at the same time Laughing
