FLAC Files

I have some audio files that are in FLAC format. I have codecs to play them normally in Windows Media Player, but that is not the player that I normally use to listen to music. I'm wondering if there is some plugin or codec I can use to either play these files in iTunes or convert these files to other format with wider compatibility, such as mp3 or acc. Thanks.
