if u have kids, would u encourage ur kids to watch animes?

hmmm.............. in terms of hentai and other porn stuff, if my kid is a boy.......well, i'll let them pass...... just as my father knows that i'm watching porn.... ^ ^

Well im to young to be thinking about having kids lol. But when I do, I'll definetly encourage them to watch it. Not force it on them though, if they don't like it then I won't make them watch it.

If I had children, I would encourage them to watch anime. Personally, anime's that are comedy are way more funny then those shown in Cartoon Network and Nikelodeon. It also would give me something to talk about w/ my kids.

Yup I would do this!!! I have a *stepdaughter* who's actually not very interested in anime or manga but she is the kind of girl who goes along with whatever is populair at school =_=...(she's more like her mother)
I kinda introduced her to Pinky's which made her a bit populair at school because she was the first person who had them.
=_=..I was kinda sad that she has no reall interests..and that to think that me and her father are creative people with hunderds of dvd's, books, comics and manga's lying around. Other childeren would be all over our stuff..but she doesn't =_=...she's actually smart but lazy and boring..it brings *tears* to my eyes when I think about it *sight*.

But iff she was my reall daughter she'd be more like me and her dad(her dad used to be art-director for countless music companies =_=..how can such genes create such a pretty and smart girl with no interests???).
My daughter or son would be an Otaku before the age of 12 and they would off course speak fluently japanese hahahaha.

Really iff I had a daugther or son I'd make them learn japanese make them read the best manga, watch the coolest anime and make them practise Aikido and watch every Steven Segal movie!!!
And hope he or she will become a mangaka or own an animation studio or become a Japanese popsinger hahaha.

But really I would want my child to love manga and anime a lot of these are so motivating to me.
I hope they will motivate my future childeren to do their best too!

I would watch it with them as a bonding time. But I would limit it until they were of an appropriate age limit

Well, i would show them animes and mangas.
Of course, only the one for their age

but if they really don't show any interest, i would stop and don't try to convince them.
Cause we should like things on our own and shouldn't be force to like it.
Hope nobody will force somebody to like something, where is no interest in.

Well as already mentioned i think i would let them see it. As long as they stay focused on school and friends aswell. I think there are a great deal to learn from anime. Its like reading a book or watching a movie with certain facts in it. not all anime's are great forl earning though. some are better than others.
